This private residence is in a parcel of a hilly and woody residential neighborhood, facing a dead-end street.

The two-story house is set back from the street and its privacy is accomplished by a surrounding metal fence. Taking advantage of the south and west house orientation, the fence not only performs a role of creating private spaces but also becomes the support of colorful vertical solar panels, celebrating the main access to the residence.
