City of Satellite (Ciudad Satelite)

The site selected for the development of this new urban complex consists of 173 hectares located between the cities of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, in the state of Baja California Sur, Mexico.
The Satellite City has been designed to accommodate an estimated population of 32,000 inhabitants, providing all the necessary urban uses and infrastructure to support residential developments, commercial areas, government and public services, and recreational activities. The primary goal of Satellite City is to create a place that hosts a large working population, linked to the tourism industry of Baja California Sur.
